Program for Healthy Adults at UPEI: Takes place Tue and Thursday mornings from 9:00-noon in the UPEI Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre. Participants work one-on-one with Kinesiology students twice each week. This program is ideal for healthy adults who are interested in exercising in a community setting. Program for adults with chronic conditions and/or disabilities at UPEI: Takes place Tue/Thur evenings from 5:30-8:30 in the UPEI Kinesiology Lab in the Steel Building. Participants work one-on-one with Kinesiology students twice each week. This program is ideal for adults with a chronic condition or disability that may prevent them from exercising in a typical gym setting. Program for adults with spinal cord injuries and neuromuscular conditions: Spinal Cord Injury PEI has free weekly exercise programs at various sites across PEI for people with spinal cord injuries and neuromuscular conditions like multiple sclerosis.
